You may be acquainted with a web site, periodical, publication, directory or contact person unknown to us which would be a perfect addition to this directory. It may be a contra dance web site, a national square dance magazine, a Southeastern Scottish country dance directory, someone who knows the Southern California Israeli folk dance scene or a Chicago Balkan folk dance newsletter. Whether its scope is local, regional or national, we'd like you to use the form on this page to let us know about it. Our only requirement is that it contain useful information for potential, new or more experienced folk dancers.

At the bottom of the page, there's a box saying something like 108,243 Visitors Since January 1, 1999. This is our hit counter compliments of Site Meter stating how many people have visited our site since its origin. A click on this box brings you a full page of statistics, including information about our last 1,000 visitors, forecasts of future visits and lots of other interesting facts. In fact, it'll show you exactly what we're doing and how well we're doing it.
We have a search engine compliments of FusionBot. You can use this search engine to search for virtually anything on the Folk Dance Association web site. If you'd like to search for someone or something, just type what you're looking for in the following search box and you'll get your result in a few seconds.
If we're certain of a listing's source, we used a phrase like Mar 28, 1999 or like Feb 15, 2001 at the listing's end to indicate the fact. The phrase Mar 28, 1999 indicates someone associated with the event on March 29, 1999 sent us all the facts we used in the listing on one of our forms. The phrase Feb 15, 2001 indicates someone associated with the event on February 15, 2001 spoke with us and verbally presented all the facts we included in the listing. In addition, we were assured we'd be promptly informed about all future changes in the listing and pledged to publish all corrections on the internet promptly. If neither phrase appears in a listing, then we've no idea of the listing's source.
